At Doreila Hair Co., we are proud to offer premium-quality wigs, hair extensions, beauty products, and accessories. Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We have a strict NO RETURNS policy due to health and hygiene reasons. This includes change of mind due to choice of style and/or colour. Please ensure the correct colour and style is chosen before purchasing. We offer a colour ring loan program to assist with colour selection.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products due to a manufacturing or quality defect, we will replace the product with the exact same style and colour chosen.
The return of any Doreila Hair Co. product will not be accepted should the item show any evidence of being opened, altered, or used. You must notify Doreila Hair Co. in the first instance and return the item within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns MUST comply with these guidelines and will undergo a full quality inspection upon their return. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. This does not impede on your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Package the product and original invoice properly for shipping, including a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as are PayPal / Transaction Fees incurred by the Merchant to process your payment.
All returns must be sent to us via Registered Post. Doreila Hair Co. will not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
After we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your matter to be processed.
Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150 and a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $9.95 on all other orders.
Shipping is via Australia Post Registered (signature on receipt) with a delivery timeframe of 1–3 business days for metropolitan areas; outer regions may incur a longer delivery time.
At checkout, there is also an option for Express Shipping, which costs a flat rate of $14.95.
Note: Free shipping does not apply to custom-made orders.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand ONLY, with a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $39.95 on all orders and a delivery timeframe of 3–10 business days. Free Shipping is NOT available on international orders. Please contact Doreila Hair Co. for any further details regarding international shipping.
Stock & Delivery Times
We try our best to stock all the most popular styles and colours in-store, which will be sent out for delivery within 24 hours of order placement.
Unfortunately, due to our large range of colours and styles, if an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours, and delivery time is estimated between 5–7 business days (10–14 days total).
Cancellations
All orders are automatically processed as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, whilst we understand orders may sometimes need to be changed, we are unable to do so free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee (based on the full retail price), plus $75 + PayPal / Transaction Fees incurred by the Merchant, before credit is issued.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures above.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all applicable fees listed above — including restocking, cancellation, and other applicable fees.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair where required by law if a product has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or is not of acceptable quality. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
